Order tags are custom identifiers to a group and automate your flow.
Several processes enable adding a tag to an order:
- Edit the tags directly on the Order Details page.
- On the Order Details page, use the settings located in the left column.
- ShipHero imports order tags at the time the order is created In Shopify.
- Use the Bulk Edit button on the Manage Orders page.
- Create an Automation Rules to add a tag to an order automatically.
Group orders using Order Tags
- Filter orders with the Filter By Order Tags section at Orders > Manage Orders.
Use Order Tags to Automate Orders
- Using automation rules created at Orders > Automation Rules.
- Trigger an action using an order tag.
- Apply a tag to an order with an action.
Shopify Order Tags
- When using a tag that belongs to an order in Shopify, it will download to ShipHero with the prefix of "Shopify tag".
- A tag on the store platform of "TEST" would download to ShipHero as "Shopify tag TEST".
