Fulfillment Hub USA – Allocated Item Summary Report (ShipHero WMS)

The Allocated Item Summary report in ShipHero gives Fulfillment Hub USA a quick view of which items are currently allocated to orders across our warehouses.

You can access it in the ShipHero Web App at:

app.shiphero.com → Orders tab → Allocated Item Summary

This report helps our team understand how much inventory is already committed to open orders, which SKUs are driving demand, and where those items are stored.

Columns in the Allocated Item Summary

The report includes the following columns:

  1. SKU

    • Displays the item’s SKU.

    • The value is clickable and opens the Product Detail page for that SKU.

    • From there, you can scroll down to the Orders section to see exactly which orders have that SKU allocated.

  2. Product Name

    • The name/description of the product.

  3. Inventory Bin (Static Slotting only)

    • Shows the primary bin/location where the item is stored for Static Slotting configurations.

  4. Inventory Overstock Bin (Static Slotting only)

    • Shows the overflow or overstock bin for the product when using Static Slotting.

  5. Barcode

    • The product’s barcode value used for scanning and identification.

  6. Quantity

    • The allocated quantity tied to orders.

    • This is not the total on-hand inventory; it only reflects units committed to existing orders.

  7. Warehouse

    • Indicates the warehouse where the product exists (for accounts using multiple warehouses).

Dynamic vs Static Slotting Views

The data shown in Inventory Bin and Inventory Overstock Bin depends on your slotting configuration in ShipHero.

Dynamic Slotting Accounts

If your FHU ShipHero account uses Dynamic Slotting, those bin fields will remain empty:

Static Slotting Accounts

If the report is viewed on a Static Slotting account, the bin information will populate for each SKU:

Important Notice – Static Slotting Deprecation

Deprecated Feature
Static Slotting was officially deprecated by ShipHero on September 30, 2025 and is no longer supported.

Fulfillment Hub USA operates on Dynamic Slotting to ensure better flexibility, performance, and ongoing support.
If you are still using Static Slotting in your ShipHero environment, you should upgrade to Dynamic Slotting as soon as possible.
