Why does the Order History Show Repeated Address Updates?

Multiple address updates will happen if Address Validation is enabled in ShipHero and Update Addresses is also enabled in your Shopify store.

How to Stop Address Updates

  1. Go to https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/stores.
  2. Click Settings for the Shopify Store you want to update.
  3. Uncheck "If an address changes in an order in Shopify, update that order in ShipHero to that address."
  4. Click Save.
  5. Once your changes are saved, the issue should be resolved.
